Getting your money back out
There is no notice period, no lock-up and no request to submit. The money is on an account in your name, and you withdraw it the same way you would from any other account — we are not in the loop at all. This guide is about doing it cleanly, so your bank accepts the money on the way back.
Your country decides which brokers you can use, which currency you send, and what your bank will ask for. Pick it once and every tutorial follows it.
Uriel never held your money, so there is nothing for us to release. The trade-only key we use cannot move funds — withdrawal was never something we could do, which is also why it is not something we can delay.
Decide what to close first
You can withdraw whatever is not currently tied up in an open position. If you want the full balance out, tell your adviser first: positions get closed in an orderly way rather than at whatever price the market happens to be showing, and the difference can be real.
Taking out part of your profits and leaving the rest working is the most common pattern, and it changes nothing about how the strategy runs on the remainder. Your fee rate is recalculated from your net invested capital each month, so a withdrawal can move you into a different tier.
Send the USDT back to your broker
- At your broker, copy your USDT deposit address, and note which network it expects.
- On the exchange: Assets → Withdraw → USDT, paste the address, and select exactly the same network — normally TRC20.
- Send a small test amount first, exactly as you did when funding. The same rule applies in this direction.
- Once it arrives, send the rest, and sell the USDT for your local currency.
A mismatched network loses the funds permanently on the way out just as surely as on the way in. Test transfer first, every time, however routine it feels.
Bring it back to your bank
Ask your broker to send the proceeds to the same bank account the money originally left. Matching the two ends is what makes the transfer unremarkable to your bank's compliance team.
- Use the same licensed broker you bought through, if you can. They already hold your file.
- Ask them for the document trail: the purchase confirmations, the transfers, and the sale. Your bank may ask, and your accountant will.
- Send it to an account in your own name. A payment to a third party will be rejected on the way back as surely as on the way in.
Tax on crypto gains is set by your country of tax residence. Uriel does not provide tax advice and does not file on your behalf: speak to your accountant before you start, and keep your full transaction history. Your monthly statements are downloadable from your dashboard.
Closing your account entirely
Withdraw your balance, then delete the API key on your exchange. That second step is what ends our access — and you can do it in either order, at any time, without telling us.
Any performance fee already earned on realised gains remains due, and appears as a final invoice in your dashboard. Nothing else is charged: there is no exit fee and no notice period. See the fee schedule.
If you would like your personal data erased afterwards, you can request it from your dashboard — we keep only what regulation requires us to keep. Privacy policy.
Tell your adviser a day or two ahead. Positions get unwound in an orderly way, and your broker's large-amount desk gives you a better rate than the standard screen.
